1. What theNortheast.xyz is
theNortheast.xyz is a free, public directory of the Northeast India startup ecosystem. Listings cover startups, incubators, investors, and ecosystem bodies. The directory is operator-neutral and receives no preferential placement for any listed entity.
2. Submitting a listing
Anyone can submit a listing. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to represent the listed entity and that the information you provide is accurate. We review listings before publication and may request clarification, edit for tone, or decline listings that don't fit the directory's scope.
3. Claiming a seeded listing
Many listings start as seeded entries imported from public registries. If your entity is listed without a verified owner, you can claim it by signing in and submitting a claim request with evidence of affiliation. Claims are typically resolved within three business days.
4. Accuracy & moderation
We do our best to keep the directory accurate. We reserve the right to edit, flag, or remove listings that contain misleading information, violate applicable law, or harm other listed entities. Flagged listings are hidden from public view while under review.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant the directory a non-exclusive license to display your content in the directory, in related emails, and in syndication feeds the directory may offer (e.g., RSS, partner APIs).
6. No guarantees
The directory is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any listing will produce introductions, funding, or partnership outcomes. The directory is a reference, not a placement service.
7. Contact
A contact channel will be published on the directory once it launches publicly.
